Called in because we didn’t have power to our unit. They suggested ensuring that no switches had been turned off because I had a hardwired system. Found a switch in the off position and that solved it. No one needed to come out for a repair. Thank you!

We had an excellent experience with QCHS. Our heater failed in the middle of a major snowstorm and we needed immediate emergency service.
