Quality Comfort has handled multiple issues for me. The first was with my AC unit which luckily they found out was under warranty still. Lane made a big effort to get the manufacturer to replace the whole unit so we didn’t need to wait a month for the part to get delivered (in July!!!) Since then we had Joey install and remove the old unit, and Alex came out a month later to do a furnace tune up for the upcoming season changes. All have done a great job and have been super helpful!
