Installers were great. I'm not happy that they reused a part from my 30 year old unit on my new humidifier. I'll question the salesman when he comes on Tuesday.
Fair price, great system, excellent warranty and service agreement, techs were on time and well-spoken, install went smoothly except for a small hiccup with the mounting plate for the thermostat. All is well and warm on the coldest day of the year!
Our furnace quit working entirely and we were desperate. They were able to get out of here quickly. The technician was very knowledgeable and was able to get us up and running ASAP.
