We previously had a service contract with Mountain Air Mechanical Contractors HVAC. They serviced our condo in Asheville starting in 2015, and then installed and maintained our HVAC system in our home that we built in 2020 in Old Fort. We had a twice a year maintenance plan with them and had no prior issues with them. In Early March of this year, during a cold snap a mouse got into the air intake pipe of our furnace. Andy is our guy and excellent at providing our HvAC service. He goes above and beyond to make sure everything is operating properly before he leaves which is important given this is a second home for us and we are out of town a lot.
