This company installed all of our new duct work and HVAC system. We were building our new home, moved in in 2013. Here we are now, with having to replace our HVAC system because this company did not leave ANY paperwork for us to register our HVAC system...NOTHING! Not to mention that they did not install the sump pump drain on the air handler drip pan properly! Cause of the now current problem! If you don't register, your warranty is only good for 5 years.
