I called them at 9:25 and Andrew responded that he would be there between 10:00 & 11:00. He was there at 9:55 and quickly diagnosed the problem (pressure switch) and put a new one on. Furnace was running and warming up the house. He was gone by 10:15. Great, fast, resonable and professional service. I would definitely recommend Quality Comfort for any furnace or A/C concerns or needs. Thank you so much Andrew.
Andrew is very knowledgeable in his job. we had a gas leak on our furnace. He found it right away and fixed it. We would definately recommend Quality Comfort Heating and Air.
I had been hearing noise coming from my furnace so I called Andrew at Quality Comfort. I explained what I was hearing and he knew exactly what it was and let me know it was normal, but he went ahead and scheduled a service call for me just to make sure I understood and was comfortable with his assessment.
