Very responsive and very quick service. Andrew was wonderful to work with. He sent me videos of how to re-install my furnace filters since I was not home to watch him do it. Also, price was very reasonable. Air duct and vent cleaning was $200 cheaper than Stanley Steemer's quote.
I had bought a new HVAC system last year from Williams comfort air for my mobile home. I asked to also have my duct work inspected, they never looked, though under my trailer, and never returned my calls after. Until now a year later when I was having problems with their system I was quoted ANOTHER $11,000 to fix my ducts ! So I went looking elsewhere, came across quality comfort. They were there quickly after calling and have an amazing team! Also was very affordable for all the work they did in the house! Amazing company!
I had an issue with a brand new mini split system. I called Quality Comfort Heating and Air and Andrew was out within a day to diagnose the issue over the phone with the warranty team to get me a new part. He even suggested a cheap upgrade to my system that would prevent any of the same issues from happening again. As a home inspector, I would highly recommend them to anyone with hvac needs!
Called and Andrew arrived 10 minutes later and figured out the problem in 5 minutes of arriving. Definitely recommend! 10/10.
