They take forever fixing your car. They will tell you dates on when it should be done you call and its not even close to being done and keep moving the dates. My car was suppose to take 5-7 days to be fix and took over 3 weeks. I will never ever take my car to quality collision again. Worse experience ever and horrible customer service !!!
crappy service and yall tell me four times my car gonna be done and it's not. month later still dont have it. will not go here again not recommending anyone going here. horrible place yall suck
Took my car here to fix a paint job they did that was bubbling up and peeling off( problem #1!). They agreed, fixed for free. When I picked my BMW up the gear shift component was totally scratched up. Deep scratches and gauges . After multiple conversations with staff, the owner ultimately was certain they had nothing to do with it. Stated looked like my ring did it.....And maybe I never noticed. Poor service, condescending staff
RecommendedI have used these folks in Waterloo twice. both times they did amazing work even when their competition said they couldn't do that. I will recommend them to everyone I ever meet in my entire life. five stars all the way

I had a flat tire on my lunch hour and don't remember the guys name but he went above and beyond! He put his lunch on hold and came to help me. My tire would not budge so he towed my car to Walmart and when they couldn't help, he towed it to the Waterloo branch. He dropped me off at work as well. I am very appreciative!
Wanted to say thank you to all the people down at quality for taking care of my trucks bed side paint issue repainted the whole bed side looks amazing couldn’t be happier pictures don’t do it justice
