We had them come to our home and draw labs and allergy panels for 2 of my sons. Instead, they did labs and a covid test - they did not do the allergy panels at all! Now I'm at the follow up with their doctor and I have to reschedule the allergy panels and come back and pay more copays for their screw up!!! Also, 1 of my sons labs came back wrong, giving us a leukemia scare. Which I had to redo and pay more copays that I should have never had to pay. I will never use this company again. You owe me $90.
From my first interaction with the receptionist until the end with the phlebotomist, it was a wonderful experience! The office is very clean and this staff is very experienced. This is a lab that is open after 4:00 p.m. they took me in right away without an appointment they were so very nice!!!! I will have the results the next day and they will it be emailing them to me. Absolutely wonderful experience! Orlando could not have been more kind, patient, and skilled. He was friendly and warm from the very start in his phone and in person communication, and he made what is often a scary experience very easy and painless. He used a butterfly needle and listened to my requests as to where I'd like the blood taken.
