They were friendly, professional, answered all questions, and did not waste time. There were stains from the previous owners dog and they attacked those and cleaned them up. Since we have hard wood floors under some of the carpet I wouldn't let them use wet or steam cleaning and their "dry" vac did a very good job. I put them on my "keeper" list.
I am truly amazed at how clean they got my carpet and tile! My floors look brand new! I highly recommend Quality Clean!! Thank you guys for an amazing job!
We will not be using this company. we scheduled over a month ago for today between 11 and 1. 1:30 rolls around and we called, and the girl at the front desk says that she's sorry, she didn't realize her guys are now off for the summer. She said she called and left a message. We never received one. All we were offered was to reschedule to a week day. Nothing else. Awful customer service as well as organization skills.
