As a first time home buyer, we were nervous about the potential problems there would be in a new property. Tom was very professional and knowledgeable. He did his inspection throughout the home and then he took us room by room to explain his findings. Any issues that came to his attention, he explained in detail what caused them, how they could be fixed, and how to avoid similar issues in the future. I was nervous about buying a older home and sat around for hours looking at reviews for a great home inspector. Boy did I find one in Tom! The man is a true professional that goes above and beyond on the inspection aspect of his business but also spent time educating me about maintenance for the house. If you want someone that will inspect your home like he's buying it himself and pull no punches I highly recommended Tom.
