My Grandparents had their flooring and bathroom repaired by Quality Carpet and Tile. They are extremely satisfied with the work and outcome. The manager/owner, Mr. Jose Enriquez was very helpful and attentive to their needs. The job was well done and I’d highly recommend their services to anyone.

My daughter hired this company and got a sloppy job. The installers barely spoke English and seemed like they were hired from the people that stand outside of Home Depot, and they weren’t licensed, bonded, or insured — I confirmed that on the CSLB website. They promised a lot but didn’t deliver. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere.
