I used Quality Carpet for 20 years while in KC!! They were the best of the best, not only did they do amazing work, they charge reasonable rates and ALWAYS did whatever it took to get me taken care of. I wish I could have brought them with me to Springfield MO.
They did a great job. So glad I found them. They were on time, came out on a Sunday and got many stains out that a previous carpet cleaner couldn’t. Would highly recommend and I plan on using them when I close on my new house in 2 weeks.

What a great company! I’m just getting around to leaving a review but they are fairly priced but do amazing work! I even left the male worker alone in my house and returned to a perfectly cleaned carpet. They’re hard workers and trust worthy. They are now my one and only carpet cleaners. Good job guys!
I am sooo impressed! I talked to them yesterday and today the carpet was fixed! It looks AMAZING (can’t even tell that it was destroyed by my dogs). Ps.: great price as well! Recommend them 1000%! I am adding a couple pictures (before and after) - they are gonna come back to clean the carpet when we move out ;)
