My dad is a Hospice patient at his home and we needed around the clock sitters. We called Quality Care and they promptly sent someone to the house. This person they sent that night stayed on her cell phone all the time, texting or something, she gave meds at the incorrect time, she slept that night and my 90 year old mom had to wake her up to help my dad and she sat down the majority of the time. Quality Care Services, Inc. has been a lifesaver for me. They provide services for my Dad. He loves the caregivers that take care of him on a daily basis. The caregivers are so helpful and encouraging to him. They cook and clean and keep him company during the day so that I can get out of the house and take care of the things that I need to do.
Quality Care has been a great help for me! Due to asthma I am unable to dust my home. Thanks to Quality Care I don't have to stress about the dust! Very pleased!
