We had our roof replaced this spring. Ken was detailed with his quote and work was scheduled quickly. The guys were polite and cleaned up very well after the job was done. There was a slight mix up with our flat kitchen roof materials when the shingles were dropped off but Ken had it rectified right away. There were also a few aesthetic issues with two areas but Ken had the guys come back next day to fix them to our liking. Ken and his team were very friendly, professional and took the time to do a complete and thorough job. The new roof, sofit, fascia and troughs look great and completely transformed the curb appeal of the house. Throughout the entire process, Ken was always very responsive and flexible, and that filtered down to his entire team. I had a couple of shingles lifting and a piece of fascia that needed to be reattached after a pretty brutal windstorm. I contacted Quality Care Roofing on the weekend, received a response within a few hours, and had a time scheduled for an estimate within the day.
