Quality Care Roofing = Roofing Problems Had a roof replacement over a year ago by Quality Care. When they removed my gutters they did not put them back up in the back of my house. I had a leak from the roof over my screen room and had mold growing on my ceiling drywall. Called them and they sent someone out to repair the leak under warranty.
