I stumbled upon this gem by accident, after an urgent situation where I needed medication ASAP. They were open late, and the pharmacist and his staff were friendly and accommodating. CVS and Costco have been a nightmare to deal with recently. I will probably switch to this pharmacy permanently.
Wed 10:30 Called in with a few questions and spoke with a guy. With an extremely nasty attitude. If you don’t want to work in customer service. Don’t answer phone calls. Wont be going back here.
I switched from Rite aid to quality care. From day one I had problems. I would come in to pick up my prescriptions and I always, always had to wait at least ten minutes for my prescriptions to be ready even though they had had the scripts for over two weeks. Some of my pills were short. They had forgotten to order a narcotic medication causing me to have withdrawals. Horrible simply horrible experience.
