I’m absolutely speechless! I took my two difficult kids—a two-year-old and a four-year-old—to see Dr. Jackson today, all by myself. I was terrified going in, but my four-year-old had such a great experience (he even loved getting his X-rays) that he didn’t want to leave. Even my two-year-old, who is usually very tough to please, had a blast! I can’t recommend this office enough. I am a single mother of 2 kids with different abilities, who also works full time (working for a non profit that supports people with disabilities, so I work and speak to people all day, everyday) and it is an absolute shame that I have to give a 2 star rating to this establishment solely because of the attitude their front desk person had. The PA and Dr. Jackson were absolutely AMAZING with my daughter who is typically very anxious. 10/10 experience! I have two children who leave the dentist asking “mom when can we come back?”. Dr. Jackson is the dentist I wish I had as a child. He is high energy and fast paced, which keeps the children engaged. He also praises good habits and good behavior, and the prize box at the end is the cherry on top. It is very clear he loves his job and his team is nothing short of amazing as well. They are just as efficient and family friendly.
