Garbage 3rd party network. Never had worse insurance in my life. Just got a surprise bill of $1,600 for antibody titers despite the physician being listed as in network when I got the labs done. The doctor who ordered it was covering for my PCP, who is in the same practice. I've never had insurance with piecemeal coverage like this; every other network covered all providers in the same office.
