Walked in, no waiting line and was told they would be with me shortly. 30 minutes later the barber tells me that he has to go to an appointment and won't be back for 30-60 minutes and that another barber would take care of me, even though she had been cutting the same persons hair since before I walked in, so no telling how much longer she would be. meanwhile another barber is just idling about. Will never be returning despite the high rating and convenient location.
