Staff was nice and polite and had my DOT physical
Dr. Morton is the absolute best. I have being seeing her for years. She takes her time with each of her patients and has phenomenal bedside manner. I have had to see her during urgent care hours and she makes sure each patient is seen.
Absolutely nightmarish. This practice is so horrifically understaffed that anything that gets accomplished here is done so after constant complaints from me. I've been calling for several months trying to get them to submit simple insurance preapprovals that I've discussed with the doctor and absolutely no luck. This is on top of the fact that you can't schedule a regular appointment for a couple months out, and you can't schedule a sick visit at all, you have to show up and wait for several hours for the doctor to find time... read more
