The care provided at the facility was amazing. It was clean, we were in and out and the staff/doctors were amazing and very friendly. BUT....the billing process has been a nightmare. It took months to receive a bill. Then it recommend that the bill be paid online, but the link wasn't working (tried numerous days) so I tried calling. This also took several days because every time I called it took the customer service rep 15 minutes just to get my account pulled up, they were hard to understand and the line was always choppy a... read more
Both times I have been to quality care ER, I have received beyond excellent care. Dr. James Nichols is an awesome and, compassionate physician. He takes care of you in a quick and timely matter and makes sure that you are leaving with all questions answered, not in pain, and at ease with being discharged. Usually I will travel all the way to Dallas until, I visited quality care which is close to home and convenient!! I took my mom to Quality Care ER after a less-than satisfactory visit at Hunt Regional Medical Center in Greenville and they were amazing!! Special thanks to Sarah, Jennifer, Cody and Blaine for their incredible care and attentiveness.
I had a great experience at the ER thanks to the amazing staff. Jordan at the front desk was so kind and welcoming. Nurses Brian and Jennifer were both incredibly attentive, caring, and made sure I was informed the whole time. Inez in radiology was quick, professional, and so sweet. Everyone made a stressful situation much easier—I’m truly grateful for their care!
I can not say enough about this place. First off, I went in for miscarriage signs, I recently lost my 6 year old son and found out 3 weeks later after his passing, I found out I was pregnant. I called a head of time and the girl at the front desk was very kind and helpful. My nurse was Blane, he was also very helpful and listened to my stories, even thought they had nothing to do with my visit but validated my reasonings for being anxious.
