Hospital was very clean.Very disappointed with all the testing they did which wasn’t really anything but a swab, then sent me home with prescriptions and I’m still not feeling good, needed longer days on the anabiotic or a higher dosage, called to see if they could do that and they said I would have to come in and get recharged for everything. The price was outrageous!!!!! very expensive.
Care was reasonably quick considering I was there at about midnight. No complaints against the staff. My issue lies with the cost here. A Covid/flu panel and a chest xray shouldn’t cost over $2,500 AFTER insurance pays their part. Unbelievable that this clinic charges the prices they do without discussing them with you at all. I thought there was some sort of rule regarding charging for medical care without warning you of how much you’ll pay. The care provided at the facility was amazing. It was clean, we were in and out and the staff/doctors were amazing and very friendly. BUT....the billing process has been a nightmare. It took months to receive a bill. Then it recommend that the bill be paid online, but the link wasn't working (tried numerous days) so I tried calling. This also took several days because every time I called it took the customer service rep 15 minutes just to get my account pulled up, they were hard to understand and the line was always choppy a... read more
Both times I have been to quality care ER, I have received beyond excellent care. Dr. James Nichols is an awesome and, compassionate physician. He takes care of you in a quick and timely matter and makes sure that you are leaving with all questions answered, not in pain, and at ease with being discharged. Usually I will travel all the way to Dallas until, I visited quality care which is close to home and convenient!!
