I visited this urgent care about a week ago due to an illness. The level of compassion & professionalism I experienced here was outstanding. Everyone on the staff were exceptional.
I went here because my primary's office was closed for the day. Staff was utterly condescending because I have been nauseous from GI issues and requested something for my nausea, since OTC drugs were not relieving it. The doctor side eyed me for not knowing which day it was or if I needed a work excuse. I just had a major surgery less than 2 weeks prior to my visit, I'm focused on recovering not to be judged for seeking help. He also had a mischievous grin when he asked if I needed a work excuse?
