This is most neglectful & disorganized company. The houses are very unsanitary. They lack of training and oversight. Tasks that should be standard are either done incorrectly or not done at all. This company fails on every level and does not live up to even the most basic expectations of care. Customer care is unprofessional & dismissive.

Bad service the employees not professional and don’t know how to communicate. They never answer the phone.
Very clean and responsible. This company has qualified DSP/CRMA who provide direct care to the their clients. They take care them like their own loved ones. House are very clean and good looking all the time! One of the owner is Medical Doctor and the other one has a doctoral degree in something I don't know. However some direct care professions still struggling with English as second language like we all do, but they know what to do. Highly recommended.
