They were amazing. Their customer service and quality of work was amazing. They performed the work in less time than the dealership told me and it was about half the cost. I only serviced my SUV at the dealer, never thinking of getting work done elsewhere. After this interaction, I will only serviced my car at Quality Car Care. The experience, professionalism and cost have me as a lifetime customer.
Pete and Jack are excellent to work with, honest and trust worthy. No nonsense and far pricing. I had several issues with our 99 VW Beetle, the diagnosed and repaired the problem. I highly recommend their services.
Very friendly I always know I will get top quality service. I've been going for years to Jacks does great work and as a woman is very attentive to explaining repairs I sent my granddaughter to him with her 1st car for preventative maintenance she says it was a smooth and seamless service she's found her go to mechanic.
