Out-of-town college kid here. Car shops are in great positions to rip off mechanically naive young people, but these guys were super approachable and straightforward. No indication I was being manipulated here. They helped me last year, and I went back this year for good reason.
I'm not from the area and was stranded with a flat tire outside of Marquette. I called 9 different places, some laughed and said to call back in 2 weeks. Other's wouldn't help for various reasons. We were 2 miles away from one place, already on the flat bed. they wouldn't help, they were going to lunch. Quality Car Care Center of Marquette was the ONLY place who were understanding and helped us out. We even made it to our appointment on time.
