Terrible turnaround and rude IT support woman in charge. Was a nightmare experience. Had my tools more than a month and a half for basic calibration and charged me 30% more than originally quoted. Avoid at all costs
The certs are a joke and they take forever to respond to simple quote requests, sorry they actually take over a week to just respond to simple emails.
I work here and we just had a highly reputable cleaning service come through to give a quote. Our building is disgusting IT IS NOT STATE OF THE ART as our owner claims on his website. I HAVE PICTURES TO SHARE.. We have DEAD BUGS (PICTURES SHOWN) in the lobby and all throughout and cobwebs all over. And it is a very unhealthy place to be as our owner does not want to spend money on a good cleaning service.
