Dumbest and careless dealership ever seen. Never order parts from here or their website. They cancel your order after 3-5 days with our reason and you can never pick up parts or get them delivered. Cancelled my order for 4 times without any reason. Never ordering again or recommending for others.
Service department communication was horrible. They tell you they would call back and don't.They had my truck for over two weeks and still admitted it might not fix my problem. Unitll I went in person, did they work on my truck. It took an hour for a ECU update. So one hour of work equals two weeks of keeping my truck. I will never buy from anyone else. The service that I received was the best I've ever experienced in purchasing a car! I will refer all my friends to shop there.
