I brought my truck to Quaility GMC service department on four separate occasions for the same unresolved issue, and no effective repairs were made. Each time I picked up the vehicle, I was given the same explanation and assured that the issue would be escalated to GMC if it occurred again. Unfortunately, the problem continued to occur. If I could give negative stars, I absolutely would. What I experienced at this dealership’s service department was a masterclass in incompetence, sloppiness, and total disregard for customers’ time and money.
