Abosolutely the worst service department communication I have experienced. NO COMMUNICATION. They have had my truck since Tuesday morning and it is now Friday without a single call from them on what the issue is. I have called mutiple times leaving messages with my service advisor and the service manager with no call back.
brought in my GMC truck for a code reading, turned out it needed a new battery. I told them I was going to get from someplace elase, and GMc delership still charged me...but when we looked to be installed it was not even in there, so I had to wait again.
We really like the friendly staff n service.
Good luck if you take your vehicle for service. I’ve taken my vehicle and they just make the situation worse every time, then they ask you to pay for their mistakes.
2/10/26 Never received any further response from “Quality”, so please remember- If you are elderly, disabled or a WOMAN - PLEASE GO TO GALLES FOR HONEST, TRUSTWORTHY PURCHASE & SERVICE!
