In my opinion, Quality Body Shop (QBS, Inc) on Washington Street truly does quality work. They also go the extra mile to serve their customers. Following a fender bender in October, I checked out several local body shops and got nothing but good recommendations about QBS. This is the worst body shop in Shreveport & Bossier. You will be better off leaving the damage than taking it here. Unfriendly, Unreliable, and Unprofessional
I was worried about having my new car repaired, It was hit after only having it one month! I had bad experience with another local shop and hated the fact that I had had to go through that again.
