Negligent and unresponsive. They installed new foundation walls improperly causing more damage to the home and the walls they installed are already cracking. They also removed our basement stairs as part of the work and never rebuilt them. We were left with a hole in the floor and had to use a ladder. They have stopped responding to us and we may need to pursue legal action to attempt to recover some of damages. We have to hire an alternative contractor to fix their mistakes at our own expense.
I needed emergency work and Thank God that Aaron was able to schedule the difficult job almost immediately, and when I say difficult I mean difficult, because my foundation was over 100 years old and a portion where the foundation needed work was an exposed porch. Communication and quality of work was great and Aaron worked well within my budget. I'm 100% satisfied and I totally recommend.
