My friends are currently having a horrible experience. Alan Pugh is not only being evasive and blowing them off, but he also started a conversation with “don’t be an ass” Their awning is coming apart at the seams, from day one. It’s puckered, and looks awful. Update: three months later, she got an awning with a different color on one end, where they apparently ran out of fabric and used another color.
