I just wanted to thank the Quality Bike Crew for all their help in making my family participate in the Skidaway Island triathlon this weekend. The boys and I rode our Giant mountain bikes and they loaned us a road bike for my wife to use. Thanks for everything you do!
Best bike shop in town! Been going there for over 20 years. I’ve bought countless bikes there and all but one were perfect. The one that wasn’t perfect was my fault as I insisted on them ordering me a 13-wheeled bike (discontinued). To their credit, they told me it would be a terrible ride and that I should buy one of the regular bikes and stop trying to be funny. Ever since then I’ve always taken their expert advice. Mike’s team is the best!

This place is the shiznitty. Go there. Bikes make people happy and they have bikes. They also have a staff that gives a crap. They do their job and care about you as a friend they want to see again and a customer. Show up once. You’ll be hooked.

I’ve bought 2 bikes from these guys over the years. Every time I step foot inside I’m taken care of. Great staff, highly knowledgeable, and down to earth. They’ll take care of you here. Plus, they carry giant, can’t go wrong.
I got my bike from them a couple of months ago and absolutely love it. I took it in recently to get a bike rack installed, along with some adjustments, and they got it done early the next morning after we dropped it off late on a Friday afternoon (I was expecting a couple of days that close to a busy weekend). Decently priced, great quality bikes (no junk), and wonderful maintenance/install work.
