I'm one of those crazy people that tries my best to support my local bike shop. Recently, instead of ordering a custom wheel set from an online source, I opted to go through my LBS because they could get them through QBP. It took three weeks to finally get them to the shop only to find out the wrong rear hub adapter was sent. Now, I am a reasonable person but waiting two extra weeks (three weeks total) only to find out they sent the wrong adapter is too much. Not feeling great about the support shown to my LBS and myself.
Seems like a dream job! All the employees seemed super excited to be there!
