I continue going back to QBH with the same expectations and the same results. They make a weekly appointment and continue to cancel the appointment the day of the appointment and less than a hour before I am scheduled to be there. I continue to feel like I’m on a roller coaster because as soon as I feel like I’m going in a good direction and possibly fall I’m doing better. DONT GO TO THIS PLACE.... They WILL violate your rights..... they are ALL ABOUT THE MONEY.... They DONT CARE about you! Feel free to message me on fb if you need to know more!
So far not very impressed with them. We have been waiting patiently for them to find a home for us and they continue to cancel our appointments at least every other week. It just seems like a pattern and they don't seem to care. I understand people get sick but not every other week. They obviously should revamp on their staff if that's the case. Unbelievable.
