RecommendedGreat customer service, awesome furniture and fair prices. I have been eyeing a sectional here for a few weeks and finally decided to visit their store to look at it. Mike helped us. My husband bought some furniture here and as far as price, not bad, quality-eh. If you need it fast, don't expect it. You cannot return or exchange anything. They won't disclose that you though. I will NEVER shop here again. EVER. So just do yourself a favor and check out rooms to go on blanding or Ashley's or something. That way when you spend 5k on furniture you'll have some sort of warranty. and maybe even, a decent customer service experience.
The staff here is amazing! They are very friendly, knowledgeable, and do not hover around...they actually let you browse without pressuring you for a sale. Great selection!

Bought a new sectional today and an ottoman. Can't wait to have my "transformer" couch in my living room tonight! Matt is such a good guy and when I walked in, Jacob hit me with a friendly smile and was nothing but helpful the whole time. He didn't push a sale on me which, as a woman, I loved. We often get taken advantage of in male dominated professions such as car lots, etc. I was super comfortable the entire time and could not be happier with my purchase. I purchased an extended warranty at the time of sale. The furniture had a manufacturer defect and even then - QBF would not honor the warranty. Furthermore, the customer service experience is a dishonor to the customer.
Friendly faces& conversation but watch out for the knives in your back/pocket. We purchased furniture 4/25 (even though the price was $200 more than quoted days earlier)& picked it up 5/19. A piece of furniture was broken. I was told I could take it& they would send someone to repair it. Well, this wasn't an option because I purchased "new" not "refurbished" furniture.
