Paid for a sectional in June! Still don’t have all the pieces. Told me it would be November now. Don’t buy anything from them!
We’re more then happy with our new couch!. They also had it in stock and it was delivered same day. The delivery was fast, friendly as well as working with Mike at the store. The only thing we’re waiting on is our ottoman to get in.

8/27 Called on Monday to confirm delivery for today. No record on the books. Mike was able to make arrangements for delivery. They were a head of deliveries today, husband gets off work drives an hour to meet them. Entertainment center is not on the truck. They need to go back get it, over an hour away. My husband had to take off work and was not able to return training of day, waiting for pieces. We spent $3,000 at your store. The right thing to do in customer service world is to have another worker drive it to the location... read more
