I've been going to Quality for years now. These guys have always recommended only the services that my car needs and never pushed service that it doesn't need. On one occasion, I had told them to go ahead and replace my brakes, thinking that they needed it, and they called me to tell me that the brakes didn't need to be done for at least another six months. These guys always provide great service in a timely manner! Thank you!
Aside from the quality service they provide, the number of ways they connect with the community and the support they have for Truckee, is unparalleled. I wouldn't recommend any other place in the Truckee, Meyers, or Tahoe area. The Red Check club is awesome!! FREE to join and you receive many perks! I don't know of any other place that appreciates their customers quite like Quality Automotive and Smog!
