Better than the dealership! Wish I could give more than 5-Stars This was my first visit to Quality Automotive, and it was the best decision I could have made. My Lincoln Navigator needed an anti-theft and keyless system service. Instead of driving an hour to the nearest Lincoln dealer, I gave them a try. Their communication was flawless. Took my Grand Marquis there for a mysterious vibration in the floorboards and harmonic balancer. They said all was good. But they did let me know my front end alignment was bad along with tires. I wouldn't have known that so I appreciate that. Would definitely recommend. Very nice guys. Very professional.

I had a starting problem in my vehicle and was in the middle of a long trip to meet some people that afternoon. The dealer in town said it would be 3 days from now. Went up the street to Qualify Auto. They got right on it. I was out before noon. The three employees I met there, and the dog, were very nice!
