Great work & awesome customer service! I couldn't be more satisfied. My car was repaired in a timely matter and I got a great rental in the meantime. To top it off Keith showed up on Saturday when they would normally be closed, so I could pick up my car at my convenience. I have never had to get repairs done and was a little nervous about it, but GEICO & Quality Auto along with Enterprise really made this an easy process.
Absolutely outstanding craftsmanship. I was referred to them by my local dealer, and took my 1996 993 to them after I damaged the front in rear-ender-bender. The car is 17 years old (140K), but one I intend to own the rest of my life, so full restoration was critical to me and decided to have the entire car painted. The car looks showroom new. I have had to take my Mercedes to be repaired there twice. The staff and services were always excellent while making the whole process easy and quick. I had two hit and runs in a work parking lot and you can imagine my frustration levels. No evidence of any injury was ever left and the staff made the entire process easy. The work was excellent.Rental process seamless as well as working with the insurance company. I highly recommend.
I have no idea why there are no other good reviews. Somebody hit my brand new in a parking lot. I took my car here on Friday. The rental was given on the spot, and the lady from Geico met me on the spot too. They finished the car by Monday afternoon, The dent and scratch completely gone. The quarter panel looks brand new. I had a sizeable scrape from a second incident, which she touched up for free. She even sent me off with a bottle of touh up paint, free of charge, just in case. My experience here was amazing.
