Darren and his crew did great work on my van. Had two issues while passing through, and both were diagnosed honestly and quoted a good deal for the repair. One month out and the work he did is still holding up strong. Quality is a small town operation, not a dealer or chain location. Before you go blaming the mechanic, make sure you understand the situation you're in as far as repair needed. In my experience the work was great. I don't even want to give this place 1 star. Taking my car here to be repaired was really dumb. Taking it back after they messed it up more was one of the dumbest things I've ever done. This place is THE WORST shop I've ever been to. Not to mention the mechanics were stealing my personal property from my car while it was there, and they gave it back to me with a broken windshield. Quality Auto? that's a joke. You've been warned! Stay away from this place.

Darrin and his sons do not know what they are doing, and they only accept cash UP FRONT for what they do. They botched up electrical wiring, put on incorrect parts, and don't test their work. So when you pick up your car you think everything is ok and then you discover that they did everything wrong. Also they take forever to re-fix what they did wrong, and don't do it all right then either.

Darrin totally ruined my car while repairing the clutch. He jammed an after marker front axle into the vehicle without using a new seal. He put the old seal back in to save about $15. So the car leaked transmission fluid with no one able to get the axle out. Frozen in like cement. I live in So Cal so I had to drive 13 hours back north to get him to fix his work. he broke the axle to remove it. Now both seals leaking transmission fluid again. Darrin and his boys dobt do good work. I would not reccommend quality auto and tire to anyone. my sister took her car to him and he kept making them come back. they took it somewhere else and they fixed it. Darrin and his crew don't do good business.

Very fair people to do business with, they get the work done on time, stick to there estimates, and make sure you are satisfied with their work before you pay, which by the way you pay alot less than most auto repair shops. Darren has worked on all five of my cars at one time or another. We use two for route work, he has done major repairs for minimal pricing. CM Payton mt shasta

Darren is awesome! He has been our mechanic for over a year now and always does a good job. He is affordable and will work with you to get your car in tip top shape! I wouldn't take my car anywhere else!!
