Tmm808 This place is a joke. Walked in Saturday to get a quote on an amp install, greeted by Chad P. the sales manager. I was pretty anxious to get my system going and came here primarily because this is the only place open on Sunday. I had installed most of my stuff myself but haven't had time to finish up my project. I agree. I got a stereo system installed from them a few years ago. The installation turned out to be an all day ordeal. I was so upset, because I had business meetings that day and they still had my car tied up. If they can't handle the business, then hire more installers.
Home of the $1.00 Install I just bought a new sterio system for my car from Audio Express. They are constantly advertising all over the radio. I was intrigued by the $1.00 install. They are true to their word when it comes to installation. But, you will find it is a long wait. They advertise so much, I think that they get more business than they can handle. Great selection Quality Auto Sound is a wonderful place to get any audio systems for your car. They have a great selection. Their staff is highly qualified and knowledgeable about all the products and installation. You cannot beat the $1.00 install deal, which is year round.
Not so sound! I have had good times before they got bought out by another company. I bought some speakers and an amp from them. About a month later I went to return a speaker that was covered by the warranty. I was told by the manager that they had been bought out by another company. He told me that they did not sell that brand of speaker and they could not cover it under the warranty. Quality Auto Sound is a major rip off!!!! After my purchase I thought I was ripped off, went to Sound On Wheels to price shop, and Quality was a major rip off. They sold me a warranty for the warranty that came with the stereo and amp. I'll NEVER go back to Quality, I'll shop at the specialty store of Sound On Wheels from now on!!!
Run away fast !!! don't let these kids on scottsdale touch your car. they told me they would install an amp for me on a sunday morning, but they wanted to be paid in cash. I thought i would still get a receipt, but no. they had my car 6 hours that day and 3 the next. when i finally demanded my car back, after excuse after excuse, my fade and balance didnt work, only my back speakers worked, they didn't use the install kit I bought they used scrap wires, they broke my dash plate and my window controller on the drivers side. did not meet expectations Expected too much? I went in to Audio Express in Chandler on a Sunday to have a dvd player installed on an Expedition I had purchased the day before. I went in because I have heard the commercials for the "home of the $1 install" for years. They had a deal for a Screen and player for $449.
