Great Service!! According to the service we just received, I would recommend this location to everyone. We just had a stereo system installed into our son's car for his return in the military from Afghanistan and the service people were Awesome! They were very friendly, knowledgable and went out of their way to make sure everything was the way we wanted it. Adam Muck provided the BEST service we could ever receive! Thumbs up for this crew!
GO THERE! GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!! went to the store and the best money spending time of my life. As soon as i walked into the door 2 Neat looking gentlemen greeted me. Very knowledged on what they are talking about. Great prices. no run arounds on hidden costs or fees. Great customer service. Would def. recommend for future car audio/video buyers!!!!! alot better pricing then car toys!!
They Suck F**K THEM!!!! They gave me incorrect information which ended up costing me a lot of money. They were extremely rude to me and none of them know what the f**k they're talking about. Sh**ty Service, don't go there. They don't even deserve one star.
Terrible Service If I could give it no stars I would. I do not recommend that anyone go to this specific location at Chambers and Alameda. I do not know about other locations but at this particular spot after spending a fortune there on a sound system my amp went out. I tried replacing the fuses a few times but they kept blowing. So I looked up online what the issue could be. Well if the amp is not securely fastened, it will eventually shake the insides around, particularly the resonators, and will render it useless. DO NOT BUY FROM QUALITY AUTO SOUND I had a remote start installed. When I left, the key would not come out of the ignition. I went back, immediately, 5 minutes, maybe, and they said ya it did that to them too. They fixed it? ye right. I took it back again because of that and it was locking and unlocking even with the car off, and the car would honk every time I unlocked it. They said it was not their fault, but they fixed it, ya right. I took it back again for the same reasons and the key was stuck in the ignition. Again, no... read more
