The Salesman Michael Lanese has been sued and lost at least three times in the People’s Court for making shady deals/ illegal deals and having bad practices.
Had a appointment at 10am and was there 10 mins early. Waited for 30 mins and no one was there. Also never received a call from the salesperson. Being that I'm in sales their customer service doesn't even deserve 1 star.
Best dealership I ever dealt with. Very professional. Curteous and knowledgeable.
