Honestly, this turned out better than expected. The car was a birthday gift for our son, and everything went great. This was my first time buying a car remotely, and I was a bit unsure at first, but the paperwork, delivery, and timing were all handled properly. Everything turned out just fine. The Subaru was delivered exactly the way it should be. These gentlemen clearly know how to handle vehicle sales with delivery. Professional, straightforward, and easy to work with — something I definitely appreciate at my age.
Bought a car. Less than a year later, the A/C quit working (and was told it's too expensive to fix), was also told this car is filled with recalls - some very dangerous ones, AND I need a new transmission. Jim was a great, friendly salesman; he made it really easy to get the car, but I wouldn't do it over again if I had the choice.
