UPDATE: 1 year later Bumper still looks amazing! ——- Great experience! I took a bumper that I bought online and asked if they would paint it. When I got there Serge very gently explained that he would prefer not to use that bumper since it was folded in a box, and I likely would not be happy with the paint job, especially long-term. Serge, the owner, carefully restored my 17RAV 4. It took several weeks to complete the work as a consequence of industry-wide shortage of staff and in a few cases, delay in receiving necessary parts. That said, when I picked up the car today, it appears to be restored to it's prior pristine condition. Serge is an excellent communicator, responded quickly to issues/questions with my insurance carrier, and the usual concerns with part acquisition.
