I tried to support this small business by purchasing front rotors, but I ended up getting scammed. The parts I received were not the right parts for my car. Essentially Steve, tried to sell me something much cheaper parts after promising the parts I ordered were available. When I tried to return them, the store refused to give me a refund even after I agreed on 35% restocking fee. This is not how you treat customers, especially those trying to support local businesses.
