Bad customer service I've never heard of place that repossess your car for being 5 days late. Sounds fishy to me.
Mr Alex is courteous and very business savvy. He knows his vehicles and does his level best to match personality with vehicular mannerisms. I appreciated all of his knowledge and whit today. Though tisha smaller lot it was big on everything and he was more than willing to find what I needed if he didn't already have it! Thanks Mr Alex and Quality Auto!!
