Lack of communication with car owner and insurance company. Additional damage caused to vehicle while in company possession. Door replacement was not painted to match color fully, metal exposed. Black tar goo was on driver windows and windshield. Due diligence was not followed. Joe attempted argument of defense over additional damages but photos of original drop off, due to accident coverage compliance, shot down Joe's debate. I stopped by to get an estimate for a few minor dings. The manager Steve was very courteous and gave a very accurate estimate. Though, I wasn't able to get my repairs through his shop. I appreciated his help. If I need anything major with body work, I will see them first! Ray Argabright

Very appropriately named business. Quality for sure. Best in the Austin Area. These guys will shoot you straight and take good care of you. Highly recommend.
I’ve had such a great experience with this shop and would recommend it to anyone! Buster and Joe have been amazing throughout this entire process. I brought my car to them the last time I needed work done, and I came back again for my second repair. This time, the insurance company I’m working with has deemed my car a total loss, and they have not made things easy on my end.
