I was skeptical of a place with all 5 star reviews. Seemed pretty unrealistic. So I worked with Chris and it’s true. Our 4Runner was put back together better than before our accident. Chris communicated well, worked directly with our insurance so I didn’t have to and made the repairs quickly. Top notch all the way. I wish every business could be this good. Thanks Chris.
I had a very pleasant experience with Quality. This was my first time that I had to deal with body repair to my vehicle due to hail damage. Chris was very helpful, I took my estimate to him from my insurance and he handled everything else. My vehicle looks amazing also. Chris even helped me with a rental car from Enterprise. They were also great, picking me up from Qualiy and taking me back to Quality to get my vehicle when it was finished. Five stars plus. Thank you, Chris.
My front bumper popped loose on right passenger side. Came in for estimate to see if it could be popped back into place. Chris saw how easy the repair was and in less than 10 minutes my car’s bumper was back in place and my car was as good as new. Free of charge! The team here provides friendly and prompt service. Make sure you take good pictures and inspect everything before you leave. The one guy in office with the white lifted truck is very defensive and blames others for shops mistakes.
