Best auto shop on east coast!!!!!!!!! Had bad car accident.. Ralph monte helped me out with my car, made sure everything went smoothly.. The service was great and my car came out just gorgeous. None of my friends could even tell which side was hit in the accident. I am so thankful to ray catena because they told me to use qualiy auto body at 811 new brunswick avenue in rahway new jersey. HAD A CAR ACCIDENT CALLED RAY CATENA AND THEY SAID QUALITY AUTO BODY IN RAHWAY NJ IS A CERTIFIED SHOP THAT THEY USE FOR ALL THEIR CARS SO I BROUGHT MY PORSCHE BOXSTER THERE TO FIX AFTER THE ACCIDENT I HAD. THEY DID A FANTASTIC JOB. THEY TOOK CARE OF CONTACTING MY INSURANCE COMPANY FOR ME AND GETTING ME A RENTAL CAR. I GIVE THEM SIX STARS AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM

This is THE WORST place ive ever had to deal with. It is an EMBARRASSMENT to RAY CATENA LEXUS that they would even recommend this shop to me. My vehicle was brought to them two weeks ago to have minor repairs made on it, they charged my insurance 16 hrs of work for a 4 inch dent in my roof. They never called me regarding the needed repair on my car- when I called, I had their employee BC (BJ should be his namme) yell and holler at me over the phone. When I called Mercedes they told me to call Quality for the repairs, I didnt think twice since I the dealer are the ones who refered me to Quality. It ended up taking 3 weeks to get my car back and I kept getting the run around and they kept telling me they were waiting on parts. When I finally got my car back there was a huge stain on the bottom of the passenger door that was supposedly brand new. I will never use Quality again and I have no idea ho... read more

Our Porsche Cayman needed body work. Where to go? Ray Catena suggested Quality Auto Body. I visited Quality and their place was huge; they were working on at least 100 cars. They are obviously a very successful operation, very professional. They did a good job calling me with status updates and keeping me informed. The car turned out great and the whole process was easy.
