Can't comment on the quality of their work because I chose to go elsewhere. What I can say is that on their Facebook homepage they twice state that they provide free rental cars to their customers. When I inquired about it I was told oh no, they haven't done that for years and didn't know why it's on their Facebook page. They also said they could not give an estimate without bringing my car in and disassembling it. I drove it there but they would not even take a cursory look at it. At that point I decided to go elsewhere.
I would prefer for a public racist not to work on my vehicle. I would not recommend.
They hire racists. Their employee Paul Zingler has publicly made racist comments. HIGHLY would not recommend.
RecommendedUnfortunately for us, we needed 3 vehicles repaired in one year (2019 was not kind to us). Fortunately, we took them all to Quality Auto Body (2 to the Milwaukee location and 1 to the Mequon location). Each experience, with every employee, was wonderful! We received great advice, fantastic service and repairs that could not be surpassed anywhere! Had the pleasure of bringing my car to Quality Auto Body after my car was damaged in an accident. They were incredibly easy to work with and my car looks fantastic, not only did they fix the damage but they cleaned the inside of my car and washed it as well. And on top of that, my car was finished days sooner than quoted! this is the second time I've worked with Quality Auto Body and I highly recommend them. Not only are they friendly and do great work, they got my car done a week sooner than anticipated. Frank was wonderful and kept me updated every step of the way.
I worked with Frank after I was in an accident. Frank was extremely helpful and dependable when it came to insurance companies, estimates, car repairs, EVERYTHING! It was a pleasure working with Frank and the entire staff at Quality Auto Body. My car looks even better than when I first bought it and it is all thanks to Quality! Frank - thank you again!! No one likes having to get vehicle repairs, but if you must, you hope to be cared for. The guys at Quality Auto went above and beyond! Special thanks to Paul. Not only did he save me money and a claim to my insurance, but they worked fast and took extra care to wash my car and clean it inside before returning it to me.
