I just can't recommend this company highly enough! I lost a big oak in last winter's storms and needed the stump removed. I also have two bigger oaks that were quite 'heavy' and needed thinning and lifting. Henry the owner came out to bid the project, and I instantly got a good feeling about him. He was obviously a knowledgeable, hardworking, thoughtful guy, and his bid was more than reasonable (I checked around!). Best tree service we ever used and we have used a lot living in the Santa Cruz mountains. The arborist, Henry was fantastic and helped us figure out the best course of action for our trees (pruning and removal). The crew was friendly, professional, on-time and the fees are fair. We'll only use Quality Arbor Care from this day on.
Kerry is the greatest! He came all the way out to my place and answered my questions, then waived the fee because it was such a quick and easy trip. He also promised to text me photos from his niece's circus wedding. :D
They are supper responsive and do great work.
My house is located in Felton and when I called they seemed to cover that area as well. My place has a very difficult landscape and steep side of the hill full of redwoods I acknowledge that Henry is the real tree whisperer. He knew what to cut and how to cut without killing trees for no reason They manage to clean almost 1/3 of acre in only 2days Price?? Almost $1k cheaper than other quotes including Koala, Lewis etc.. Is this enough said?
