RecommendedQuality Appliance did an excellent job of fixing our dishwasher. They analyzed the problem right away and ordered the needed replacement part. When the part was in, they called and came out and installed it. Justin was pleasant and efficient. The cost was reasonable.
Just had my dryer he went above and beyond to have my dryer fixed before the holidays. It was great service will be using them again

Had a washing machine that for 3 months bounced across the floor. We tried everything. Called Quality Appliance and they came out the same week and had the problem fixed within 5 minutes. THANK YOU!!!
The best repair service we have ever used! They were happy to work with me on an appointment time. Justin called to let me know when he was coming. He was very understanding about my 4 dogs trying to be his friend. He was able to get both appliances fixed very quickly and left the area clean. About a week later a guide bar popped out of place in my freezer. I gave them a call and Justin came back the next day and fixed it at no charge. Great people! Great service!

Quit misleading customers
I came into the shop to drop off an over the counter microwave, when I got there I asked for help to carry the microwave in because it's a heavy and big microwave and i couldn't bring in myself and the lady told me that I had to wait 30-45 min to have someone help me because she didn't do that! unbelievable! pretty much rejected my business!
